Terms of sale

These terms cover every oncut product bought on apps.oncut.gr. The general terms below apply to all of them; each product then has its own section, which names the license you receive and how the product reaches you.

Who sells to you

oncut makes the products and supports them. Checkout is run by Stripe, and your order is sold through Link (Sold through Link, LLC), Stripe's merchant of record, under Link's own terms. Link charges you, issues your receipt and handles the VAT on your purchase. For questions about a payment you can contact us or Link support.

Prices

The price on the product page is the final price, VAT included. Checkout shows the amount you pay before you confirm.

What you buy

Every product is digital. You buy a license to use it under that product's license terms, not ownership of the software or its content. The product's section below links to its license; read it before you buy.

Delivery

Each product's section says how and when it reaches you. If something you paid for does not arrive in that time, email support@oncut.gr with the receipt number from your receipt email.

Refunds

You can get a full refund within 14 days, no questions asked. The details are in the refund policy.

Privacy

How we handle your data, for the website and for every product: privacy notice.

Your legal rights

If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the consumer law of your country, including the right to cancel within 14 days that Link's terms give consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom.

Changes

We may update these terms. A purchase is governed by the version published on the day you made it.
