Refund policy

This policy covers licenses for oncut apps bought on apps.oncut.gr, currently oncut KeyLang.

Try it first

The KeyLang download is the full application and runs free for 14 days, so you can make sure it works on your computer before you pay anything.

14 days, no questions asked

If you change your mind, ask for a refund within 14 days of receiving your license key. You get the full amount back, VAT included, and you do not need to give a reason.

How to ask

Email support@oncut.gr from the address you used at checkout and include the receipt number from your receipt email. We reply within one business day. The money goes back to the payment method you used; your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

Your order was sold through Link, so you can also ask Link support directly.

After a refund

Once a purchase is refunded, its license ends and the license key may no longer be used.

After 14 days

If the software does not work as described, or your download was faulty, tell us at any time. We will help you fix it, and refund you if we cannot. Link also refunds a digital purchase within 60 days if it was not delivered, is significantly not as described, is faulty, or was paid for without your permission.

Your legal rights

Checkout is run by Stripe, and your order is sold through Link (Sold through Link, LLC), Stripe's merchant of record, under Link's terms. If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, those terms give you the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the product. This policy gives you at least that, and nothing in it limits any right you have under the consumer law of your country.
